These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website vectorbiodynamics.com (the "Site") and your participation in the training offered by Vector Biodynamics School ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Andreas Popp, Vector Biodynamics School.
By using the Site, signing up for the free training, or registering for a paid seminar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We provide educational content and training in the Vector Biodynamics method, including:
Seminars are conducted online via Zoom, in Russian with live English translation, unless stated otherwise.
Our training is educational. It is not medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment, and it does not replace consultation with a doctor or other qualified professional. Nothing on the Site or in our seminars should be understood as a diagnosis, a promise of a cure, or medical advice.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified professional before applying anything you learn from us. You take part in the training at your own risk.
We do not guarantee any particular result from applying the method.
To cancel, email hello@vectorbiodynamics.com from the address used at registration.
EU consumers: because our seminars are services with a fixed start date and our video content is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the seminar has started or the content has been delivered, except as described above.
All content on the Site and in our training — texts, videos, recordings, materials, the name "Vector Biodynamics", and the method's teaching materials — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may use the materials for your personal learning only. You may not copy, publish, sell, teach from, or otherwise distribute our materials without our written permission. Completing our training does not grant you the right to teach the method under our name or represent yourself as our certified trainer unless we have expressly agreed to that.
After completing a main seminar, you receive a certificate confirming your participation. It confirms that you attended the training; it is not a professional licence and does not by itself authorise you to practise any regulated profession.
We try to keep the Site and materials available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our offerings. Access to seminar recordings is provided for the period stated at the time of the seminar.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in the training. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the seminar concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to registrations made after the date of publication. The current version is always available on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it informally — write to us at hello@vectorbiodynamics.com. If that fails, the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
